3 basliet mqattghin rqaq
6 sinniet tewm mqattghinn rqaq
2 bzariet homor (chillies) minghajr zerriegha u mqattghin rqaq
Tazza nbid abjad
2 bukketti brokkoli
300 g spinaci tal-friza
6 kikkri ilma jaghli
3 kikkri ross Arborio
Melh
Madwar 300 g gobon Parmeggan


 
Metodu:
Ahsel il-brokkoli u nehhilhom iz-zkuk. Uza il-fjuri tal-brokkoli biss.
Qatta’ l-ispinaci bicciet irqaq.

Sahhan iz-zejt f'borma u aqli l-basal sakemm jibdel il-kulur. Zid it-tewm u il-bzar ahmar jahraq u sajjar ghal 3 minuti. Gholli n-nar u zid l-inbid. Sajjar ghal zewg minuti filwaqt li thawwad. Baxxi in-nar u zid il-brokkoli u l-ispinaci. Sajjar ghal zewg minuti imbaghad zid ir-ross, hawwad sew u sajjar fuq nar moderat ghal minuta. Zid l-ilma, hawwad u hawwar bil-melh. Sajjar fuq nar moderat ghal 16 l-minuta filwaqt li thawwad kultant.
