750g flett tal-haruf

125g ghadds
Melh
Bzaru ahdar jahraq mqatta’ slajsis
1.25 litri stokk tac-canga jew haruf
Tewma mghaffga
Kuccarina korkop
Kuccarina chilli powder
Kuccarina Sharwood’s Garam Masala
Mgharfa kosbor frisk imqatta’

Metodu:
Sahhan iz-zejt go wok u zid iz-zerriegha tal-kemmun, il-weraq tar-rand, il-kannella u aqli sakemm iz-zerriegha tibda tfaqqa. Zid il-basal fit-tagen u u aqli stir fry sakemm jihmaru. Kompli bl-istir fry u zid il-haruf flimkien mal-basal. Zid l-ghadds, il-melh, il-bzaru ahdar, l-istokk, it-tewm, il-korkop u c-chilli powder. Hallieh sakemm jiftah jaghli, hallih itektek ghal madwar siegha sakemm il-laham u l-ghadds isiru tarija.
Duq ghat-tomgha u ferra is-Sharwood’s Garam Masala fit-tagen u sajjar ghal madwar hames minuti ohra. Zid il-kosbor u servi flimkien ma Sharwood’s Poppadoms
