Metodu:
Sajjar il-laham fuq grillja u ghamel felli fil-wicc u imla
bil-gbejna u z-zalzett. Kompli sajjar fil-form ghal 15 il-minuta.
Ghalli l-pastarda u saffi. Hallieh jisksah u hallat mal-curry,
il-melh, bzar, bajd u krema. Poggi f’dixx midluk bil-butir
u sajjar fil-forn ghal 10 minuti.
Ghaz-zalza, aqlil-basla u tewm flimkien mal-bzar zhih. Zid
il-brandy u l-istokk. Spicca bil-krema.
Servi l-laham mal-haxix u z-zalza
