2 grokkijiet Vermouth Dry
Kikkra Krema Friska
200g Pitravi
200g zunnarija
400g patata zghira
Basal zghir
80g Mange Tout
8 Spragg






Metodu:
Naddaf il-haruf minn kull xaham. Immarina l-flett tal-haruf fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga, bzar u melh u l-hwawar mqatta’.
Ghaz-zalza tal-hwawar.
Ismot it-tarragon, ic-chevill, in-naghniegh, is-saghtar, it-tursin, il-watercress u l-ispinachi, saffi u poggi fi skutella nadifa u poggi fil-fridge. Qalli l-basal zghir f’tagen flimkien mal-grokkijiet tal-vermouth u l-glace tal-haruf sakemm jevapora. Zid il-krema u halli t-tahlita ttektek ghal madwar hames sa ghaxar minuti sakemm tikseb konsistenza hoxna. Ghaddi minn passatur u zomm f’post shun.
Ghall-haxix:
Qatta’ l-haxix f’bicciet zghar. Gezwer il-mage tout fil-foil u poggi l-ispragg flimkien.
Sahhan ftit zejt taz-zebbuga f’tagen b’qiegh ohxon u zid il-flett tal-haruf.
Sajjar fuq nar medju billi tqalleb il-laham kultant sakemm il-haruf ikun issigillat sew u kwazi roza minn gewwa. Erfa’ minn fuq in-nar u poggi f’post shun.
Servi l-haxix fin-nofs ta’ platt shun, iz-zalza tal-hwawar madwar u l-flett tal-haruf fil-wicc
