2 imgharef tursin mqatta’ rqiq
2 imgharef gobon Parmeggan mahkuk
4 bicciet flett ta’ l-incova mdaffa u maqsuma minn

Bzar mithun frisk
Ftit frak tal-hobz xott
800 g patata mqaxxra u mqatta’ bicciet kbar
Meraq ta zewg lumijiet
Melh u bzar mithun frisk
6 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
Metodu:
Naddaf u ahsel il-qarabaghli. Poggihom f'borma bl-ilma jghali
u ghallihom ghal 9 minuti biss. Saffi u halli il-qarabaghli
jibirdu.
Uza kuccarina biex bil-mod tnehhi il-gewwieni tal-qarabaghli.
Poggi l-irkotta fi skutella, zid il-bajd u habbat sew b'furketta.
Hawwar sew bil-bzar, imbaghad zid it-tursin u il-gobon mahkuk.
Imla l-qaabaghli sa nofshom bit-tahlita. Poggi in-nofsijiet
tal-incova f'kull qarabaghlija u kompli imla bil-mili. Xerred
ftit frak tal-hobz fil-wicc.
Sadanittant idlek dixx tal-forn biz-zejt. Ifrex il-patata
fid-dixx u xerred il-kumplament taz-zejt fuq il-patata.
Hawwar sew bil-melh u bzar. Ahmi go forn moderat ghal jahraq
ghal 40 minuta. Ohrog mill-forn, hawwad il-patata u xerred
il-meraq tal-lumi. Poggi il-qarabaghli mimli fid-dixx mal-patata
u kompli ahmi ghal 40 minuta ohra
