6 basliet zghar
2 sinniet tewm
Stragun
180g faqqiegh button mushrooms
Meraq ta’ lumija
25g butir
4 slajsis salamun iffumigat
180ml inbid abjad dry
300ml stokk tal-hut frisk
Melh ohxon

Ghaz-zalza:
Tursin Frisk
180ml Krema
3 isfra tal-bajd
Likur tal-lumi
Bzar ikkulurit
25g butir

Ghall-Poached Egg Madura:
Spinaci imsajra fit-tewm u l-basal
Isfar ta’ Bajda
Krema mhabbta
Paprika
Curry
Chillie flakes
Kurrat



Metodu:
Immarina t-tonn fit-tewm,strafun, meraq ta’ lumija, bzar mithun frisk u melh ohxon. Dewweb ftit butir f’tagen b’qiegh ohxon u aqli l-basal, t-tewm u l-faqqiegh, zid l-inbid, l-istokk u halli kollox itektek, zid il-krema u zomm f’post shun. Lesti borma bl-ilma fietel u poggi skutella fuqha, zid l-isfr tal-bajda, ftit krema u hawwad sew mal-butir, zid il-meraq tal-lumi u l-bzar.
Ixwi t-tonn fuq grillja. Sadanittant poggi s-salamun fuq platt shun u fforma flimkien ma l-ispinaci u ghalaq biex tifforma timballo.
Servi bil-faqqiegh madwar. Tista’ sservi z-zalza tal-lumi u l-bajd fuq il-hut jew mal-genb
