taz-zejt fuq il-brungiel u ixwihom fil-Griglioso.
Qatta’ s-sidra tat-tigieg fi slajsis irqaq u ghamilha
go tagen, ixwihom ftit kemm jiehdu kulur.
Qatta’ l-basal, t-tewm u t-tadam, ithanhom flimkien
fir-Ronic Food Processor u poggihom fil-Paella.
Zid maghhom iz-zejt, il-melh, il- bzar, ir-riegnu oregano
u paprika u hallihom jiffurmaw zalza likwida.
Fiz-zalza ifrex il-brungiel fil-qiegh u fuqu qieghed it-tigieg.
Aqbad il-gobon, bajd u mozzarella u ithanhom fir-Ronic Food
Processor u ferrixhom fil-wicc. Sajjar ghal madwar 20 minuta
u wara ghatti bl-ghatu tal-Griglioso u sajjar ghal 10 minuti
ohra fuq temperatura ta’ 200°
