400 gramma tadam
2 kuccarini kemmun mithun

kuccarina paprika
ftit weraq tan-naghniegh
300 g couscous
Metodu:
Qaxxar u qatta’ l-basal f’dadi, flimkien mal-qarabaghli
iz-zunnarija, u l-brungiel u l-bzar ahmar helu.
Aqli kollox f’daqqa fil-mgharfa zejt u kif tara li
l-haxix qed jirtab ithan it-tadam bir-Ronic Food Processor
u zidu mat-tahlita.
Zid mieghu il-hwawar u hallihom isiru ghal madwar 20 minuta.
Zid l-ilma minn hin ghall- hin u hallieh isir fuq nar bati
ghal tlett kwarti.
Hames minuti qabel ma sservi, zid il-couscous fil-wicc tieghu,
qatta’ ftit tursin u tista’ sservi
