Ingredjenti:
3 kuccarini hmira instant
400 ml. halib fietel
175 ml. ghasel
2 imgharef butir mhux mielah
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
Bajda mhabbta
Kuccarina melh
Mgharfa busbies
Qoxra ta' lumija mahkuka
450 g dqiq plain
Ftit zejt taz-zebbuga zejjed
Ghall- mili:
100 g zbib
100 g gewz mqatta’
60 g pruna minghajr ghadma, mqattghin
6 imgharef ghasel
Metodu:
Holl il-butir.
Hallat il-hmira mal-halib fietel fi skutella, ghatti b'sarvetta
u halli toqghod go post shun ghal 15 l-minuta. Tista’
tuza forn fietel. Zid l-ghasel, il-butir, iz-zejt taz-zebbuga,
il-bajda, il-melh, il-busbies u l-qoxra tal-lumija. Hawwad
sew, imbaghad zid id-dqiq. Hallat sew b'idejk sakemm it-tahlita
issir ballun. Jista jkollok bzonn izzid ftit dqiq jekk it-tahlita
tkun ratba izzejjed.
Ghagen din l-ghagina fuq ftit dqiq ghal-3 minuti, erga poggi
l-ghagina fl-iskutella, ghatti u halli toqghod f-post shun
ghal 15 il-minuta.
Hallat il-gewz, iz-zbib, il-pruna u l-ghasel. Idlek pjanca
tal-forn bil-butir u ghaddi hafif bid-dqiq.
Fuq ftit dqiq, iftah l-ghagina f-forma rettangolari ta'30
cm. Ifrex 3/4 tal-mili fuq l-ghagina imma zomm il-gewwa
daqs 5 cm.mitt-truf tal-ghagina. Gerbeb l-ghagina biex tifforma
roll. Issigilla sew it-truf u obromhom taht ir-roll. Poggi
ir-roll fuq il-pjanca u halli toqghod ghal 15 l-minuta f-post
shun.
Ahmi go forn moderat ghal jahraq ghal madwar 40 minuta,
jew sakemm tara li il-hobza saret u ghandha kulur sabih.
Ohrog mill-forn, xerred il-kumplament tat-tahlita tal-ghasel
u gewz fill-wicc tal-hobza. Halli tibred sew qabel isservi
