2 kuccarini zerriegha tal-kemmun
4 bzariet imnixxfa
Kuccarina bzar iswed shih
6 Zerriegha tal-Cardamon hodor
Bastun tal-kannella
Kosbor mithun
3 imsiemer tal-qronfol
4 imgharef Sharwood’s Korma sauce
4 sinniet tewm imqatta’ rqaq
2 imgharef Sharwood’s Rich Soy Sauce
Ftit Ginger
4 Imgharef Sharwood’s Mango Chutney
2 Tadam imqatta’
250g patata imqatta’ dadi
Nofs kuccarina korkop (tumeric)
Zokkor ismar

Metodu:
Sahhan iz-zejt f’tagen kbir, u aqli l-basal sakemm jihmaru. Hallat il-hall flimkien ma mgharfa ilma go skutella. Zid il-kustilji u hawwad kollox flimkien u hallihom joqghodu.
Hallat l-ingredjenti kollha go food processor u ithan f’paste. Poggi go skutella u zid il-bqija tal-hall. Shhan iz-zejt f’tagen jew casserole u sajjar il-majjal sakemm jihmar minn kull naha.
Zid it-tewm, il-ginger, il-kosbor mithun u hawwad. Zid it-tadam , il-patata, iz-zokkor ismar il-korkop u l-istokk. Sid il-melh ghat-tomgha sakemm jiftah jghali. Ferra l-paste tal-hwawar. Ghati u hallih jingibed, baxxi n-nar u hallih itektek ghal madwar siegha sakemm il-majjal ikun tari.
