Metodu:
Lesti s-salamun f’bicciet tal-flett u nehhi l-ghadam
kollu u l-gilda. Zomm ftit frott tac-cawsli biex izzejjen
u hallat il-bqija mas-sherry u l-qoxra tal-lumija. Poggi
t-tahlita fuq in-nar u halliha ttektek ghal madwar 15 il-minuta
u saffi l-likwidu minn go passatur.
Poggi l-likwidu f’borma u zid il-jelly tat-tutt u
l-frott rosa flimkien max-xibt imnixxef u hawwar bil-melh.
Hawwad sakemm il-jelly jinhall, imbaghad itfa’ s-salamun,
ghatti l-borma bl-ghatu u halli fuq nar baxx ghal madwar
10 minuti sakemm isir sew. Meta s-salamun ikun sar, poggih
f’nofs ta’ platt. Gholli n-nar u zid ftit butir
sabiex iz-zalza tikseb konsistenza ehxen.
Servi s-salamun biz-zalza madwaru. Zejjen bil-frott u ifrex
fit xibt. Servi fuq sodda ta’ ross biz-zaghfran. Fil-wicc
poggi ghagina ta’ l-isfoll li tkun qlejt
