3 basliet
4 zunnarijiet
2 tewmiet
Saghtar
3 tadamiet
3 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
2 weraq tar-rand
Mgharfa cornflour
Melh u bzar





Metodu:
Immartella l-laham u hallieh mal-genb.
Aqbad nofs l-ammont taz-zebbug, flimkien maz-zewg tewmiet hodor, basla zghira u ftit melh u ithan fir–Ronic
Aqbad il-laham slajs slajs u ifrex din it-tahlita fuq kull slajs.
Itwi s-slajsis tal-laham fi tnejn u poggiehom mal-genb
Qatta’ l-basal li jkun fadal fi slajsis, poggihom fil- Paella flimkien ma’ ftit zejt taz-zebbuga u ilma.
Qieghed kollox fuq in-nar u halli kollox sakem jaghli l-ilma
Kif jaghli l-ilma, poggi l-laham fil- Paella fuq il basal, qatta’ z-zunnarija bicciet u poggi fuq il-laham flimkien mal-hwawar li fadal.
