Poggi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga u tewm imqatta’ f’tagen, zid l-ispinaci u l-incova u hawwad sew sakemm isir. Zid it-tadam u z-zebbug minghajr ghadam u hawwad sew. Zid il-prinjoli u l-habaq. Iftah it-tonn u meta t-tahlita tal-mili tkun birdet, imla t-tonn. Hawwar t-tonn bil-melh u hafna bzar mithun.
Aqli t-tonn fi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga kemm tissigillah minn kull naha u zid it-tewm shih. Nehhi t-tonn minn fuq in-nar u dahhlu fil-forn b’nar baxx kemm izzommu shun, minghajr ma ssajru ghaliex huwa mportanti li jigi servut roza.
