Metodu:
Ghalli r-ross ghal kwarta u saffih sewwa.
Poggih go dixx.
Sahhan iz-zejt u zid il-gambli, koccli u l-maskli. Wara
xi 2 minuti, zid ukoll il-qlub tal-qaqocc, tadam, zebbug
u kappar. Sajjar ghal 10 minuti fuq nar bati.
Hallat din it-tahlita mar-ross. Ifrex ftit melh u bzar u
sajjar fil-Griglioso ghal 35 minuta fuq temperatura ta’
150°.
