Ingredjenti:
750 g cuberoll mqatta’ slajsis hoxnin
40 g butir
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
Basla kbira mqatta’
4 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq
Qoxra ta' laringa mahkuka
Bott ta' 410 g tadam
Tazza nbid ahmar
Mgharfa hall
Nofs kuccarina kannella (cinnamon)
Kwart ta' kuccarina noce moscata
2 kuccarini zokkor
200 ml. ilma
500 g patata mqaxxra u mqatta’ dadi
Melh u bzar mithun frisk
Metodu:
Qatta’ is-slajsis tal-laham f'dadi.
F'borma kbira sahhan il-butir maz-zejt. Zid id-dadi tal-laham
u sajjar fuq nar kemmxejn gholi sakemm il-laham jihmar.
Zid il-basal, tewm u qoxra tal-laringa. Hawwad u sajjar
sakemm tara li il-basla tkun saret. Zid l-inbid, hawwad
imbaghad zid it-tadam, il-hall, il-kannella, in-noce moscata,
iz- zokkor u l-ilma. Hawwar bil-melh u l-bzar. Sajjar fuq
nar baxx ghal madwar 25 minuta jew sakemm tara li il-laham
sar tari. Zid il-patata, hawwad, u sajjar kollox flimkien
ghal madwar 15 l-minuta ohra.
