Frott tal-Bahar u Hut moqli fil-Panura

Ingredjenti:
125g dqiq plain
2 kuccarini Sharwood’s Gara Masala
4 kuccaini zerriegha tal-mustarda kannella
2 bajdiet
Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
15ml Coconut Milk (Halib tal-Gewz ta’ l-Indi)
200g gambli
200g hut abjad
200g frott tal-bahar
Zejt biex taqli
Wedges tal-lumi

Dip:
150ml thick yoghurt
Nogs mgharfa Sharwood’s Gara Masala
Mgharfa tadam maghsur
2 Iimgharef Sharwood’s Mango Chutney





Metodu:
Gharbel id-dqiq fi skutella u zid is-Sharwood’s Gara Marasal u z-zerriegha tal- mustarda. Ghamel hofra fin-nofs u zid il-bajd bil-moghod, mgharfa zejt u bizzejjed halib tal-gewz ta’ l-Indi u ghamel panura li jkollha konsistenza ta’ krema maghquda. Qatta’ l-hut u halli mal-genb flimkien mal-frott tal-bahar.
Ghad-dip poggi l-yoghurt, il-gara masala, it-tadam maghsur u s-Sharwood’s hot mango chutney fi skutella u hallat kollox f’daqqa.
Poggi z-zejt fil-wok, zid il-hut ftit ftit halli l-wok ma jkunx mimli zzejjed u ghaqli ddep pfry ghal madwar 4 sa 5 minuti sakemm jiehu kulur dehebi.
Ghaddi l-hut mill-karta tal-kcina halli jixorbu miz-zejt imbaghad poggi fil-forn b’nar baxx waqt li tkun qed issajjar il-bqija tal-hut.
