4 koxox tat-tigieg
10g basal zghar imqatta’
65g butir
250g faqqiegh (button mushrooms) imqatta’ rqaq
10g hwawar imhallta u mqatta’ rqaq
40g mousse tat-tigiega
100g laham tat-tigieg minghajr xaham
Abjad ta’ bajda
200ml double cream
Bzar u melh
50g langostini
Litru stokk tal-haxix
25ml zejt taz-zebbuga
40g tahlita ta’ haxix imqatta’
Sinna tewm
50ml brandy
20g tadam maghsur
500ml stokk tat-tigiega
200ml double cream
Bzar u Melh
Chervil






Metodu:
Nehhi l-ghadam minn mal-koxox. Sabiex tlesti l-mili trid issajjar il-basal zghir, il-faqqiedgh u hawwar sew bil-melh u l-bzar u hallih joqghod. Zid il-mousse tat-tigieg, il-langostini hawwad sew, u zid il-hwawar. Imla t-tigieg u dawwarhom fil-cling film u ghalli ghal madwar 20 minuta. Hallihom jibirdu u nehhi l-cling film sajjar biz-zejt u l-butir fil-forn sakemm jihmaru f’temperatura ta’ 190 grad celcuis, gas mark 5. Hallat il-haxix fil-qxur tal-langostini u zid il-brandy, zid it-tadam maghsur, is-sherry u halli jtektek ghal madwar 20 minuta. Ghaddi t-tahlita minn gon passatur. Sajjar u hallih jirriduci. Zid il-krema u kompli sajjar sakemm tikseb il-konsistenza li tixtieq. Zid il-butir u hawwar bil- bzar u l-melh ghall-gosti tieghek.
