200 g perzut tal-koxxa
Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
2 bajdiet

2 zunnarijiet

Metodu:
Metodu ghaz-zalza:
Qaxxar u qatta’ t-tadam, l-basla, t-tewm u z-zunnarija f’bicciet zghar.
Aqli l-basla fiz-zejt u zid it-tewm sakemm jibdlu l-kulur. Zid ukoll iz-zunnarija, t-tadam, l-habaq, s-saghtar, ir-randa, l-kunserva, l-melh u l-bzar. Hallihom isiru fuq nar moderat.
Zid id-dqiq u hawwad ghal ftit minuti. Nehhi minn fuq in-nar u halli mal-genb.

Metodu tal-qarabali:
Ahsel u haffer il-qarabaghli. Ghalli r-ross u hallih ftit wieqaf.
Qatta’ l-basla rqiqa u sajjar mal-qalb.
Poggi r-ross go recipjent flimkien ma’ 125 millilitru zalza tat-tadam.
Zid il-qalba tal-qarabaghli, l-perzut tal-koxxa u l-basla u hawwad tajjeb.
Hallat l-irkotta ma’ bajda u hawwad. Zidhom mar-ross. Zid ftit melh u bzar u imla l-qarabaghli. Habbat il-bajda l-ohra u zid fuq il-wicc tal-qarabali.
Poggi l-qarabali go recipjent, zid il-kumplament taz-zalza fil-wicc u fir-recipjent.
Sajjar fil-Griglioso ghal 45 minuta fuq temperatura ta’ 200°.
