3 imgharef bzar ahmar (chilli)
2 weraq tar-rand
4 imgharef Sharwood’s hot sweet and sour sauce
450ml Sharwood’s unsweetened coconut milk

700g gambli friski imqaxxrin
Ghas-Sakura noodles:
170g oyster mushrooms
75g chestnut mushrooms
75g button mushrooms
50g butri
60g basal imqatta’ rqiq
Mghrfa Sharwood’s Sesame oil
2 imgharef Sharwood’s Rich Soy Sauce
Mgharfa Sharwood’s Oyster Sauce
2 sinniet tewm imqatta’ rqaq
150ml light dry wine
225ml double cream
6 imgharef hwawar imhallta bhas-saghtar, tursin, naghniegh
450g Sharwood’s noodles
Metodu:
Naddaf il-gambli mill-qoxra u iffrizhom sabiex taghmel l-istokk.
Qatta’ l-basal, il-bzaru ahmar, il-lemon grass, it-tewm
u l-weraq tar-rand u aqlihom sakemm jirtabu. Zid il- coconut
milk u hawwar bil-melh. Waqt li t-tahlita tkun qed ittektek
zid il-gambli u halli jtektek bil-mod sakemm isiru.
Ghaqli l-ingredjenti kollha flimkien b’daqxejn zejt
taz-zebbuga u butir, zid il-krema, hallih jingibed, ghalli
n-noodles u hawwad flimkien mat-tahlita u itfa’ l-hwawar.
