Ingredjenti:
4 bicciet trill imxerrha
4 bicciet flett ta’ l-incova
2 sinniet tewm imqatta’
4 kuccarini krema friska
25g butir
2 isfra tal-bajd
Ftit chives imqatta’
Naghniegh frisk
10g zebbug imqatta’ bicciet zghar
10g tadam imqatta’ bicciet zghar
10g kappar
Bzar u melh
25g dqiq
2 kuccarini zejt taz-zebbuga
Metodu:
Xerrah it-trill sew. Habbat il-bajd sew fi skutella u hawwar
bil-bzar mithun frisk u l-melh. Zid it-tewm, ic-chives,
in-naghniegh, iz-zebbug u t-tadam u hawwad sew.
Sahhan ftit zejt u butir f’tagen, ghaddi il-bicciet
tal-flett tal-hut mid-dqiq, u mit-tahlita tal-bajd. Sajjar
il-hut, taht il-grilja sakemm jiehdu kulur dehebi
