8 pruna minghajr ghadma
100g zalzett tac-cipollata
8 tamliet imnixxfa
Tursin
8 slajsis bacon
50g basal zghir
2 sinniet tewm
Ghaz-zalza:
Kuccarina w nofs inbid Port
50g butri
250ml stokk tac-canga
2 imgharef Cranberry sauce
Metodu:
Qatta’ l-isdra tad-dundjan u poggihom bejn il-cling
film u habbathom sew. Zid il-basal u tewm msajjra mal-laham
taz-zalzett u t-tursin imqatta’. Poggi l-bacon fuq
kull bicca sidra u ifrex il-laham taz-zalzett. Zid il-pruna
u t-tamal u rembel sew.
