Soppa ta l-ghazz

Ingredjenti:
3 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
3 sinniet tewm friski mqaxxrin u mqattghin
4 zunnarijiet mqaxxrin u mqattghin dadi
Weraq tal karfus tarija
2 basliet mqaxxrin u mqattghin
5 slajsis bacon
200 g ghazz ahmar
500 ml.ilma jaghli
2 dadi tal-brodu tat-tigiega
150 g ghagin tat-tip zibeg
180 ml. krema friska
melh u bzar mithun frisk
Metodu:
Holl id-dadi tal-brodu fl-ilma jaghli.
Sahhan iz-zejt go borma, zid il-basal u sajjar fuq nar moderat
sakemm il-basal jibdel il-kulur. Zid it-tewm u il-bacon
u sajjar ghal zewg minuti.Hawwad kultant u hawwar bil-bzar
u ftit melh. Zid iz-zunnarijja, il-weraq tal-karfus u l-ghazz.
Hawwad u zid il-brodu tat-tigieg. Hawwad u sajjar ghal 20
minuta jew sakemm tara li l-ghazz ikun sar sew.
Nizzel minn fuq in-nar u halli jibred ftit imbad ghaddi
is-soppa minn gol-food processor. Erga poggi is-soppa gol-borma
fuq in-nar u meta tiftah taghli, zid l-ghagin. Sajjar ghal
madwar 12 il-minuta jew sakemm l-ghagin isir tajjeb. Nizzel
minn fuq in-nar, zid il-krema, hawwad u servi bi ftit weraq
tal-karfus fil-wicc
