Metodu:
Aqli l-fenek flimkien mal-basal u t-tewm ghal-ftit. Zid ir-ross u aqli ghal madwar 3 minuti fuq nar moderat. Zid il-bacon u z-zunnarija. Hawwad. Zid l-istokk. Kif jinxef, itfa t-tadam u l-krema u spicca bil-parmeggan. Aqli l-fwied fil-basal u t-tewm, f’nofs is-sajran, itfa’ l-brandy. Hallieh jirriduci u spicca bit-tursin
