Risotto bil-Faqqiegh

Ingredjenti:
50 g butir
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
2 basliet mqattghin rqaq
300 g faqqiegh mqatta’ slajsis
300 g zalzett tal-Malti mqaxxar u mqatta’
Tazza inbid abjad
2 kikkri ross
4 kikkri ilma jghali
Dada tal-brodu tac-canga
100 g gobon Parmeggan mahkuk
Ftit weraq tas-salvja biex izzejjen
Metodu:
Holl id-dada tal-brodu tac-canga fl-ilma jghali.
Sahhan iz-zejt u l-butir f'borma, zid il-basal u sajjar
fuq nar moderat sakemm il-basal jibdel il-kulur. Zid l-inbid,
hawwad u sajjar ghal minuta. Zid iz-zalzett, hawwad u sajjar
ghal 2 minuti. Zid il-faqqiegh, hawwad imbaghad zid ir-ross.
Sajjar ghal minuta filwaqt li thawwad. Zid il-brodu tac-canga,
hawwad u sajjar fuq nar baxx ghal 20 minuta. Hawwad kultant.
