2 bicciet sidra tat-tigieg
Niskata korkop
2 imgharef Sharwood’s Chilli Sauce
Niskata kosbor
2 sinniet tewm mghaffga
Melh u bzar mithun
4 izrierah tal-cardamon mghaffga
Yoghurt naturali
50g banana friska puree
Meraq tal-lumicell (lime)

2 bananiet
25g zokkor ismar
Mgharfa butir
Grokk likur tal-pineapple

Ghaz-zalza:
4 isfra tal-bajd
Melh
Niskata bzaru frisk
25g butir
Meraq ta’ zewg lumicelli
Mgharfa Sharwood’s korma



Metodu:
Ghall-immarinat, poggi il-yogurt, is-Sharwood’s chilli sauc, il-kozbor, it-tewm, il-cardamon, il-banana, l-korkop u l-banana fi skutella u hallat kollox sew.
Idlek is-sidra tat-tigieg bit-tahlita u sajjar go forn jahraq sakemm jihmaru sew.
Qaxxar il-banana u ghasar ftit lumi fuqhom. Lesti tagen bi ftit butir u aqli l-banana sakemm iz-zokkor jigi kkaramelizzat sew u zid il-likur tal-pineapple.
Ghaz-zalza, lesti borma bl-ilma, poggi skutella fil-wicc u habbat l-isfra tal-bajd u zid ftit melh, ic-chilli u l-meraq tal-lumi. Zid butir kiesha u kompli habbat u spicca bis-Sharwood’s Korma Sauce.
