Metodu:
Aqli l-kustilji shah tal-haruf minn zewg nahat. Xarrab il-hobz, nehhi mill-ilma, nixxfu, u zid it-tadam imqadded, in-naghniegh, it-tewm il-bajda u l-busbies. Iksi il-haruf bit-tahlita. Sajjar f’forn moderat ghal- 7 minuti.

Ghall-kababs tal-haxix, qatta’ l-ingredjenti kollha f’bicciet kwadri u dahhal fl-iskwers wahda wahda. Xarrab il-kebabs bi ftit zejt, roxx ftit melh u bzar u ggrilja.

Ghaz-zalza:
Aqli l-basla u t-tewma flimkien mal-klin, itfa’ l-inbid u l-istokk, hallihom jirriducu ghal-madwar 2 minuti. Zid it-tadam u servi
