Ghall-mili
500g kannelloni
300g spinaci
300g irkotta
2 bajdiet
100g gobon parmeggan
Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
Ftit noce moskata
Melh u Bzar

Ghaz-zalza:
Kilo tadam imqaxxar
Basla
Mgharfa margerina
100ml inbid abjad
Kuccarina mixed spice
Kuccarina curry
Kuccarina paprika
Ftit melh

Ghall-wicc:
100g gobon parmeggan
200g mozzarella jew irkotta



Metodu:
Metodu ghaz-zalza:
Fil-Paella aqli l-basla fil-margerina. Zid it-tadam, l-inbid u l-hwawar.

Metodu ghall-mili:
Fir-Ronic Food Processor ithan l-ispinaci u r-rikotta. Zid il-bajd, in-noce moscata u l- gobon parmeggan
Imla l-kannelloni b’din it-tahlita, zidhom maz-zalza u hallihom isiru ghal 20 minuta.
Ithan il-gobon u ferrex fil-wicc. Kompli sajjar bil-Griglioso ghal 20 minuta ohra fuq temperatura ta’ 150°.
