MAJJAL BIL-CASHEW
NUTS STIR FRY

Ingredjenti:
2 basliet ta’ daqs medju
450g flett tal-majjal
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
2 imgharef tewm imqatta’
Kuccarina zokkor
100g chasew nuts minghajr melh mixwija
60ml Sharwood’s oyster sauce
Zokk tal-basal twil imqatta’ julienne
Bzaru ahmar u ahdar
2 imgharef Sharwood’s Satay Sauce
Metodu:
Qatta’ l-basal f’bicciet kwadri. Qatta’
l-majjal crosswise. Qatta’ kull bicca fi strixxi.
Sahhan il-wok fuq nar moderat, ferra mgharfa zejt madwar
ir-rim. Itfa’ l-basal u qallibhom fuq nar moderat
sakemm jihmaru ftit, zid it-tewm u qalleb ghal-minuta. Erfa’
t-tewm u l-basal u poggi go dixx.
Ferra mgharfa zejt fil-wok li jkun imsahhan. Zid il-majjal,
u ifrex iz-zejt ma kull naha. Sajjar fuq nar gholi minghajr
ma tqalleb sakemm jiehdu l-kulur. Ifrex iz-zokkor u qalleb
ghal minuta jew jew tnejn, sakemm jihmaru minn kull naha.
Zid il-basal u t-tewm, il-chashew nuts, l-oyster u s-satay
sauce.
