Metodu:
Lesti dixx tal-forn bi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga, poggi l-basal u t-tewm bil-qoxra b’kollox. Poggi l-hut u ftit tewm imqatta’, l-ispeck u l-insalata Eruka u ifrex il-patata imqatta’ bi ftit butir fil-wicc flimkien maz-zerriegha tal-peprin u bzar u melh. Sajjar fil-forn ghal madwar 15 il-minuta.
Waqt li jkun qed isir il-hut, lesti z-zalza billi f’tagen bi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga u butir aqli l-karfus, zid l-istokk, il-limoncello, iz-zaghfran u l-krema. Halli kollox itektek sakemm z-zalza tigi kremuza
