Metodu:
Qatta’ t-tadam u mmarinah bi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga, tewm, bzar, melh u lumi. Ifrixhom fuq platt, ahsel l-eruka hallatha ma ftit meraq tal-lumi u zejt taz-zebbuga u poggiha fuq it-tadam. Ixwi s-salamun u servi shun fuq kollox

 




Qattta’ l-hut kollu fi kwadri ta’ pulzier u nofs, wahhalhom alternati fuq skewers kbar. Sajjarhom minuta fit-tagen u komplihom fil-ofrn. Qatta’ roti tal-qarabaghli u aqlihom fi ftit zejt sakemm jihmaru sew. Servihom fi platt u roxx ftit hall. Servi l-hut fuqhom
