Metodu:
Aqli l-gambli bil-qoxra fi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga u butir,
itfa’ l-bzaru ahmar mal-halib tal-gewz ta’ l-Indi.
Hawwad ftit zejt taz-zebbuga mal-habaq. Itfa’ t-tahlita
fis-soppa. Qabel ma sservi, qaxxar il-gambli.
Aqsam il-laham mit-tul u minn nofs. Idlek il-laham bil-mustarda,
il-bzar u l-melh u ixwi miz-zewg nahat ghal 2 minuti. Kompli
sajjar go forn gholi. Ohrog il-laham u qattghu riqieq. Servi
trio ta’ mustarda, ravanell u tadam
