50g weraq tal-kabocci
25g faqqiegh
Bacon
50g majjal
Zunnarija
Curry

Ghagina tat-torti
Bajd
Irkotta
Tadam
Basal
Qarabaghli
Brokkli

Ghaz-zalza:
Basal
Tewm
Inbid ahmar
Curry
Ghasel
Stokk


 


Metodu:
Qatta’ l-laham f’bicciet rqaq u sammar biex traqqghu kemm tista’ halli jkun jista’ jitrembel. Poggi l-weraq tal-kabocci u itfa z-zalzett, il-faqqiegh, iz-zunnarija u l-curry. Rembel f’forma ta’ bragoli. Sammar il-majjal u poggi l-bacon. Dawwar mal-bragoli tac-canga.
Ghall-haxix, idlek recipjenti bil-butir u iftah l-ghagina. Hallat it-tahlita u ifta fit-torta.
Ghaz-zalza, aqli l-basla, t-tewm u l-curry, zid l-ghasel l-inbid u spicca bl-istokk.
