Torta tat-Tonn taz-zejt u Spinaci

Ghall-ghagina:
1 Kilo dqiq plain.
280 g margerina.
50 g xaham.
2 imgharef corn oil.
Melh.
Madwar zewg tazzi u nofs ilma.


Ghall-mili:
2 laned kbar tonn taz-zejt.
800 g spinaci misjura jew tal-friza.
3 basliet kbar mqatta’ slices.
3 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq.
150 g zebbug iswed minghajr ghadma.
Landa incova.
200 g pizelli tal-friza.
Zejt taz-zebbuga.
Melh u bzar mithun frisk.
Madwar 2 imgharef smit



Metodu:
Gharbel id-dqiq, zid il-melh, il-margerina, ix- xaham u z-zejt. Ghagen b'idejk sakemm it-tahlita tigi bhal frak tal-hobz ohxon. Zid l-ilma bil-mod l-mod sakemm tara li qed tahdem ghagina li mhix ratba wisq. Ghagen tajjeb imbaghad halliha toqghod ghal madwar tletin minuta f'post frisk.
Idlek dixx tal-forn bil-margerina u ghaddi hafif bis-smid. Iftah zewg terzi tal-ghagina fuq daqsxejn dqiq u iksi il-qiegh u l-gnub tad-dixx. Iftah il-kumplament tal-ghagina biex ikollok halli tiksi il-wicc tat-torta.
F'borma biz-zejt, aqli il-basal sakemm jibdlu l-kulur, imbaghad zid it-tewm, sajjar ghal tlett minuti u zid l-ispinaci, hawwad, zid il-melh u l-bzar u sajjar fuq nar moderat ghal madwar sitt minuti.Zid it-tonn u l-incova, hawwad sew u sajjar ghal tlett minuti, zid il-pizelli, sajjar ghal 3 minuti, zid iz-zebbug, hawwad u nizzel minn fuq in-nar. Halli jibred.
