Metodu:
Biex tipprepara l-immarinat:
Hallat il-birra, l-inbid, it-tahlita tal-hwawar, il-bzar, il-basal imqatta’, iz-zunnarija u ara li tghatti l-bicciet kollha tal-fenek sew u halli t-tahlita toqghod tul il-lejl fil-fridge. Saffi l-fenek, iz-zunnarija u l-basal u zomm l-immarinat mal-genb. Aqli l-fenek go tagen bi ftit butir, meta jihmar, poggi l-fenek go borma. Aqli l-basal u z-zunnarija fit-tagen li tkun qlejt il-fenek fih, imbaghad, zidhom mal-fenek fil-borma. Ferra l-immarinat fil-borma u halli kollox isir bil-mod sakemm il-fenek isir tari. Nehhi l-fenek minn maz-zalza u halli mal-genb. Zid tahlita ta’ butir u dqiq biex tghaqqad iz-zalza. Spicca billi tpoggi l-fenek u l-frott ahmar fiz-zalza.
