Ingredjenti:

4 saqajn tat-tigieg
2 basliet imqatta’
Sinna tewm imqatta’
3 imgharef curry paste
3 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
2 imgharef zalza Siciljana
Mgharfa kozbor frisk imqatta’
Lumicell frisk (lime)
Bzar u Melh

Ghall-couscous:

200g couscous
10g prinjoli
10g frott imqadded
Bzar u melh
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga
Sinna tewm imqatta’
Bzaru ahmar





Metodu:
Nehhi l-ghadam minn mas-saqajn tat-tigieg. F’tagen itfa’ ftit zejt taz-zebbuga, aqli t-tewm u l-basal ghal ftit minuti, itfa’ l-laham tat-tigieg u sajjar sakemm it-tigieg ikun kwazi lest. Zid zewg imgharef curry paste, kompli sajjar ghal ftit minuti ohra u zid maghhom zewg imgharef zalza siciljana. Halli kollox itektek ghal ghaxar minuti ohra.

Ghall-couscous
Xarrab il-couscous ghal madwar ghaxar minuti go ilma jahraq. Sadanittant qatta’ l-bzar helu ahmar, qatta’ l-basal u t-tewm u aqli kollox fi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga go tagen. Zid maghhom il-frott imqadded tal-gosti tieghek u l-prinjoli. Meta jkunu saru, saffi l-couscous mill-ilma, halltu mat-tahlita u sajru ghal ftit minuti ohra. Servi l-couscous fil-genb mat-tigieg orjentali
