Metodu:
Slajsja l-haruf, l-brie u qatta’ n-naghniegh.
Poggi l-bicciet tal-gobon brie u n-naghniegh fin-nofs tal-bicciet tal-haruf. Ghatti l-haruf bi ftit frakk tal-hobz, imbaghad aqli hafif f’tagen baxx ghal minuta. Nehhi min fuq it-tagen u poggi fi platt. Zid slajs brie fuq il-haruf imsajjar. Slajsja l-kurrat u sajjar fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga flimkien man- naghniegh u l-melh. Fl-istess hin ghalli l-patata, u aqsam minn nofs. Haffer il-patata b’kuccarina u imla l-vojt bil-gobon brie.
Iftah l-ghagina u poggi f’dixx u fforma torti zghar u sajjar l-ghagina vojta fil-forn. Meta ssir l-ghagina u tiehu kulur dehebi, ohrogha mill-forn, imla bil-kurrat u ghatti bis-slajsis tal-gobon brie.
