Ingredjenti:
2 slajsis Tonn frisk.
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
Meraq ta' lumija.
2 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq.
Imgharfa tursin mqatta’.
Nofs imgharfa naghniegh mqatta’ rqiq.
Melh u bzar mithun frisk.
Ghaz-zalza:
3 Imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
Basla mqatta’ slajsis.
6 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq.
Bott kbir polpa tat-tadam.
Kuccarina klin.
2 imgharef kappar.
100 g zebbug.
Melh u bzar mithun frisk.
Metodu:
Nehhi l-gilda minn mat-tonn u poggieh f'dixx. Xerred il-melh,
il-bzar, it-tursin, in-naghniegh u t-tewm. Hallat iz-zejt
mal-meraq tal-lumi u xerred fuq it-tonn. Halli joqghod ghal
madwar saghtejn, imbaghad poggi taht grill jahraq u sajjar
sakemm tara li l-wicc tat-tonn beda jihmar. Aqleb is-slajsis
izda qabel tpoggi taht il-grill, xerred il-meraq taz-zejt
u l-lumi u hwawar li jkun fadal fid-dixx. Sajjar taht il-grill,
imbaghad poggi t-tonn f'dixx li ser isservi fih.
F'tagen biz-zejt, aqli il-basla sakemm tibda tihmar, imbaghad
zid it-tewm u kompli sajjar ghal madwar tlett minuti. Zid
il-polpa tat-tadam, il-klin, l-bzar u l-melh. Sajjar fuq
nar moderat ghal madwar hmistax l-minuta filwaqt li thawwad
kultant. Zid il-kappar u z-zebbug, hawwad sew, nizzel minn
fuq in-nar u xerred din iz-zalza fuq it-tonn. Servi shun
jew kiesah ma' xi weraq ta' l-insalata friska
