Sinna tewm imqatta’ irqieqa
100g hobz (abjad)
Metodu:
Qatta’ l-hobz u hallat mat-tonn taz-zejt, l-alljoli
u l-pesto u zid ftit zebbug ahdar imqatta’. Imla l-hut
bil-mili u sajjar fuq it-tagen biz-zejt taz-zebbuga.
