Torta tal-Qarabaghli

Ingredjenti:
800 g ghagina tat-torti jew ghagina sfiljurata
2 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
2 basliet kbar imqatta’.
2 sinniet tewm mqatta’.
1 kilo qarabaghli mqatta’ dadi zghar.
Nofs kuccarina kannella (Cinnamon).
300 g irkotta.
2 imgharef smid.
4 bajdiet mhabbta hafif.
Melh u bzar mithun frisk.
Ftit butir u ftit dqiq
Metodu:
Idlek forma tat-torti bil-butir, u ghaddi hafif bis-smid.
Iftah l-ghagina fuq ftit dqiq u iksi il-qiegh u l-gnub tal-forma
bl-ghagina.
Aqli l-basal fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga sakemm tibdel il-kulur
imbaghad zid it-tewm u kompli aqli ghal zewg minuti, filwaqt
li thawwad kultant. Zid il-qarabaghli , hawwad u sajjar
fuq nar gholi, hawwad kultant. Meta t-tahlita tkun kwazi
saret, zid il-kannella, il-melh u l-bzar, hawwad tajjeb
u nizzel minn fuq in-nar.
Ghaffeg ftit l-irkotta b'furketta u zidha mat-tahlita, hawwad
imbaghad zid is-smid u l-bajd mhabbat. Hawwad tajjeb u poggi
t-tahlita gol-forma miksija. Iftah il-kumplament tal-ghagina
u ghatti t-torta, issigilla sew it-truf. Ghamel ftit toqob
b'furketta fuq il-wicc tat-torta. Ahmi go forn jahraq ghal
madwar sittin minuta jew sakemm it-torta tkun hadet kulur
dehbi.
