Flan tal-Frawli

Ingredjenti:
Sponge Flan kbira.
Terz ta' tazza rum.
3 kartuniet Frawli.
5 imgharef zokkor.
400 ml. Krema friska.
200 g ghagina sfiljurata.
100 g cikkulata tal-halib.
3 imgharef icing sugar

Metodu:
Iftah ftit l-ghagina fuq ftit dqiq, u poggiha fuq pjanca midluka. Ahmi go forn jahraq ghal madwar ghoxrin minuta, jew sakemm tihmar tajjeb. Ohrog mill-forn u halliha tibred.
Ahsel il-frawli u nehhi l-weraq. Zomm terz tal-frawli biex izzejjen u iz-zewg terzi l-ohra qattaghhom bicciet u poggihom fi'skutella. Zid iz-zokkor u hawwad tajjeb. Halli t-tahlita toqghod gol fridge ghal madwar hmistax l-minuta.
Poggi l-flan fuq platt li tkun ser isservi fih. Bexxex il-flan bir-rum. Imla il-flan bit tahlita tal-frawli. Habbat il-krema u poggiha fuq it-tahlita tal-frawli. Poggi l-kumplament tal frawli shiha fuq il-krema.
Qatta’ l-ghagina li tkun birdet f'bicciet bhal swaba twal. Uza idejk ghal dan il-process. Poggi is-swaba tal-ghagina fuq il-frawli u il-krema. Hokk ic-cikkulata u xerred fuq il-flan mimlijja. Fl-ahhar zejjen billi ixxerred l-icing sugar.
