3 imgharef zalza Napolitana
200g patata
Insalata mhallta biex isservi
Metodu:
F’tagen, aqli il-fwied tal-fenek f’daqs mgharfa
z-zejt taz-zebbuga, zid il-basal imqatta’ u sajjar
ghal ftit aktar minuti imbaghad zid iz-zalza Napolitana
u kompli sajjar. Zid il-patata fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga, imbaghad
zid il-pesto u kompli sajjar ghal madwar hames minuti ohra.
