5 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
2 basliet kbar imqattghin.
2 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq.
1 Kilo qarabaghli mqatta’ dadi zghar.
2 imgharef tursin mqatta’ rqiq.
Nofs kuccarina kannella (Cinnamon).
5 bajdiet mhabbta hafif.
Melh u bzar mithun frisk.
Gobon Parmiggan mahkuk biex isservi
Metodu:
F' tagen kbir non-stick, poggi iz-zejt u aqli il-basal sakemm
jibdlu l-kulur, hawwad kultant. Zid it-tewm u aqli ghal
tlett minuti fuq nar gholi.Zid il-qarabaghli, hawwad sew
u sajjar ghal sitt minuti. Hawwad kultant. Zid it-tursin,
il-kannella, il-melh u l-bzar, hawwad u kompli sajjar fuq
nar moderat, bit-tagen mghotti ghal madwar ghoxrin minuta.
