Hall
Ilma tal-geranju
Zejt tal-haxix
Butir
Zokkor ismar
Corn flour
Bzar u melh



Metodu:
Ghaddi l-kiwi, it-tuffieh, il-basal u l-ginger minn gol food processor biex tifforma paste. Poggi t-tahlita go tagen, zid is-soya sauce, iz-zokkor, il-hall u l-ilma tal-geranju. Zid il-cornflour u sajjar fuq nar baxx sakemm taghqad.
Qaxxar kiwi ohra u qatta’ fi slajsis biex izzejjen il-platt.
Qatta’ l-flett tac-canga f’dadi mdaqqsa, aqli fi ftit zejt jew sajjar fuq il-grilja. Meta l-laham ikun sar, rembel ic-canga fiz-zalza, u poggi kull bicca fuq dawra kiwi. Servi biz-zalza, patata jew haxix
