Ingredjenti:
3 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
800 g laham tac-canga mqatta’ dadi.
4 zunnarijiet mqatta’ dadi.
Tazza nbid ahmar.
2 basliet kbar mqatta’.
Karfusa friska
Weraq tar-rand.
Kuccarina mixed spice.
2 tazzi ilma.
Melh u bzar.
Ghad-dumplings:
250 g dqiq plain.
150 g butir.
Kuccarina u nofs baking powder.
2 imgharef gobon mahkuk.
Melh u bzar.

Metodu:
F'borma biz-zejt aqli c-canga sakemm tibda tihmar. Zid il-basal
u sajjar fuq nar gholi ghal tlett minuti. Zid l-inbid u
sajjar ghal zewg minuti ohra filwaqt li thawwad kultant.
Zid iz-zunnarijja, sajjar ghal minuta imbaghad zid l-ingredjenti
kollha l-ohra minbarra id-dumplings. Sajjar ghal madwar
hamsa w tletin minuta fuq nar baxx filwaqt li thawwad kultant.
Zid id-dumplings, wahda wahda, u sajjar fuq nar moderat
ghal madwar ghaxar minuti.
