Metodu:
Qatta’ l-kurrat f’erba’ min tulhom u aqli f’tagen bi ftit butir. Zid l-istokk tal-hut u zid il-bzar u l-melh u hallih jaghli ghal madwar ghaxar minuti. Slajsja l-iscallops fi tnejn jew fi tlieta u zidhom fit-tagen u sajjar ghal madwar minuta. Slajsja l-porcini u zid mal-bqija. Spicca billi zzid il-krema friska u l-halib u sajjar ghal hames minuti ohra.
Sadanittant ahsel u qatta’ l-hwawar sabiex izzejjen l-iscallops
