250 gramma gobon tat-tursina
100 gramma gewz
ftit tursin imqatta
4 sinniet tewm
2 abjad tal-bajd
50g frak tal-hobz

Ghall-istokk:
Basla
Mgharfa zejt taz-zebbuga
100 ml inbid abjad
Kuccarina paprika helwa
bzar u melh
2 sinniet tewm
200ml stokk tat-tigiega
100ml krema friska
Ftit tursin
Metodu:
Iftah is-sidra tat-tigieg catti u ixwi l- gewz. Ithan it-tewm,
it-tursin u l-gewz u farrakhom bil-pulse. Zid il-gobon tat-tursina,
l-abjad tal-bajd u l-frak tal-hobz u hawwad kollox flimkien.
Imla s-sidra tat-tigieg bit-tahlita u gerbibhom fi bragoli.
Poggihom fil-Paella u ixwihom ftit miz-zewg nahat.
