Zejt taz-zuebbuga
Krema friska.
Gewz imfarrak kbir.
Tursin.
Gobon mahkuk biex isservi.
Imbid Abjad





Metodu:
Qalli l-basla fi ftit zejt. Nehhi il-gilda minn madwar iz zalzett u qalli mal basla wara li tkun hmaret.

Wara ftit minuti u tqalleb il hin kollu zid tazza nbid abjad u halli l-alkohol jevapora. Zid tursin imqatta fin. Zid il-krema . Sajjar ghall ftit hin. Ghalli l-ghagin u saffi kif ikun ghall “dente”. Zid il-gewz maz –zalza. Wara itfa l ghagin u sahhan u hallat maz zalza ghall ftit hin iehor .
