Ingredjenti:

2 hassiet kbar ta' kwalitajiet differenti.
100 g eruka.
150 g gobon parmeggan mqatta’ 'flakes'.


Ghal Croutons:
6 slajsis hobz mqatta’ dadi.
5 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
3 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq hafna jew ahjar mghaffga.
5 imgharef gobon parmeggan mahkuk.

Ghad-Dressing:
Bajda
Landa incova.
2 sinniet tewm mqattghin rqaq.
Meraq ta' lumija.
Kuccarina mustarda.
Mgharfa hall.
6 imgharef zejt taz-zebbuga.
Melh u bzar mithun frisk




Metodu:
Poggi l-hobz fi skutella, zid iz-zejt, it-tewm u l-gobon mahkuk. Hawwad sew u poggi t-tahlita fuq pjanca tal-forn midluka bi ftit zejt. Ahmi go forn jahraq ghal hmistax il-minuta, filwaqt li thawwad darba wara l-ewwel tmien minuti. Ohrog mill-forn u halli jibirdu sew.
Poggi l-ingredjenti kollha tad-dressing go blender u hawwad kollox sew sakemm ikollok bhal krema. Zomm fil-fridge sakemm tigi biex tuza id-dressing.
Qatta’ l-weraq tal-hass b'idejk u poggi fi skutella kbira flimkien mal-eruka. Hawwad flimkien. Zid il-flakes tal-Parmeggan, hawwad u zid il-croutons. Hawwad. Xerred id-dressing, hawwad kollox flimkien u servi immedjatament.
