Tournedos tac-canga ala SiciljanaMetodu:
Qatta’ l-basla fina, aqliha fi ftit butir u itfa l-gambli. Wara minuta fuq in-nar, itfa 750ml ilma u sajjar ghal madwar ghoxrin minuta. Saffi kollox u ibza ghall-gambli. Itfa l-brandy, in-naghniegh u l-krema. Qabel ma sservi, qaxxar il-gambli u poggihom gewwa recipjent li ser isservi s-soppa

2 bicciet flett tac-canga
Brungiela zghira
Tadama

Metodu:

Aqsam il-bicciet tal-flett minn nofs biex tohrog zewg bicciet zghar imma hoxnin. Ixwihom miz-zewg nahat ghal ftit. Qatta’ l-ingredjenti l-ohra kollha fi kwadri zghar. Sajjarhom go tagen bi ftit zejt taz-zebbuga, igbor it-tahlita b’imgharfa u poggi ftit fuq full bicca laham. Kompli s-sajran fil-forn sakemm il-laham jigi kif jghogob lilek
