Torti zghar ta’ l-irkotta biz-zalza tal-frawli

Ingredjenti:

2 karti tal-gelatina bajda
2 imgharef halib
250g irkotta
50-75g zokkor
Mgharfa inbid abjad helu
2 abjad tal-bajd

Ghaz-zalza:
200g frawli
1-2 imgharef zokkor
2-3 imgharef likur tal-bajtar



Tonn bil-lewzMetodu:
Rattab il-gelatina fl-ilma kiesah, nehhi mill-ilma u holl il-gelatina billi ssahhanha fil-halib. Hallat l-irkotta maz-zokkor u hawwad sakemm issir kremuza. Zid l-inbid abjad helu u l-gelatina mahluha. Habbat l-abjad tal-bajd sakemm jibbies, u wara zid ma’ l-irkotta. Aqleb it-tahlita f’turtieri zghar u poggi fil-fridge ghal madwar saghtejn.

Poggi l-ingredjenti taz-zalza f’tagen, ghalli ghal hames minuti u ghaddi t-tahlita minn gol-blender.

Ingredjenti:

4 bicciet stejks tat-tonn ta’ madwar 200g il-wahda
Bzar u melh
Tewma maqsuma minn nofs
Lumija mqatta’ slajsis
2 weraq tar-rand
Fergha klin
Mgharfa butir mielah
Zejt taz-zebbuga

Ghat-tahlita tal-lewz
40g lewz imqatta’
2 basliet twal
Sinna tewm
Bzaru ahmar
40g zbib
Meraq tal-lumi
Zejt taz-zebbuga
Bzar u melh
2 ferghat habaq
Basla


Metodu:

Sahhan iz-zejt taz-zebbuga f’tagen. Hawwar l-istejks tat-tonn bil-bzar u l-melh, u poggi fit-tagen. Zid it-tewm, is-slajsis tal-lumi, il-kllin, il-weraq tar-rand, u aqli. Zid il-butir qabel ma l-ingredjenti jkunu saru.
Qatta’ l-basal twil, it-tewm, il-basal u l-bzaru f’bicciet zghar hafna u aqli ghal ftit fiz-zejt taz-zebbuga.
Hawwar bil-bzar, il-melh, u l-meraq tal-lumi. Roxx il-habaq imqatta’.
